By downloading, installing, or using Forecast Plus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Forecast Plus is a weather application that provides:

• Real-time weather forecasts and conditions
• Weather alerts and notifications
• Interactive weather maps and radar
• Air quality information
• Weather widgets for your home screen

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair our services
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Forecast Plus and third parties
• Provide accurate location information when requested for weather services

While we strive to provide accurate weather information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. Weather conditions can change rapidly, and forecasts are predictions based on available data.

Important: Do not rely solely on Forecast Plus for critical decisions related to safety, travel, or emergency situations. Always consult official weather services and local authorities for severe weather warnings.

Forecast Plus may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Forecast Plus and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forecast Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Forecast Plus is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
